Adam Ciuhak, President of the Board

Adam is a Masters graduate of Szkoła Główna Handlowa. He has several years experience in the finance and accounting profession, as well as management and restructurization of Polish and foreign capital groups and also in the area of implementation of structure changes in the company.

Adam Ciuhak is licensed as a tax advisor in Poland, number 6929. He specializes in strategic management, the restructuring of companies and the entry of foreign companies into Polish market and those from Poland that want to be present internationally.

He is responsible for the whole operational activities, communication with clients and overall development of the Company. He also supervises special tax projects as well as corporate finance. He runs special finance seminars for managing staff.
